• How to make Berry iced tea:

  
  

  1 heaped teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of any fruit infusion (we used berry bonanza)
  infuse with 1 litre hot boiled water,steep & cool in fridge.
  can serve as is with chunks of fruit/ iced cubes & fresh mint, or strain.
  For a bubbly mix just add 20% soda or mineral water or a sweeter version add lemonade.
  
  For an alternative: Green tea & berry punch, as above but steep 1 tablespoon of Okinawan Green tea into hot water! Continue with next steps.
  
  You can use any of our natural fruit infusions to make hot or iced teas!!
  
  Another great one is our lemon & green tea sencha (same steps as above) nice & refreshing as an iced green/lemon tea.

• 'Ume Plum' Umeboshi Salted Organic Plums

  
  

  This Japanese style traditional pickled salted ume plum is considered good for digestion, prevention of nausea, great for arthritis and for systemic toxicity, including hangovers. The citric acid is claimed to act as an antibacterial. Additionally, umeboshi is claimed to combat fatigue and protect against ageing.
  The Umeboshi plum is a fruit also known as a Japanese Apricot. They are quite sour however they are reported to assist with a number of ailments, eg. for relief of stomach troubles, diarrhoea or constipation, headaches, fatigue, and hangovers.
  
  Often called the "King of alkaline foods?" The umeboshi plum has a great alkalising effect on the body because of its rich content of citric acid and alkaline minerals such as iron, calcium, manganese, and potassium.
  Umeboshi; The standard Japanese folk remedy for colds and flu.
  
  Umeboshi may also be served as a complement of a green tea or a drink with shochu and hot water.
  
  Drinking a cup of umeshu before a meal is claimed to increase the appetite. just place in cup of boiled water and drink. Includes leaves.
